Dime It
The late great Dimebag Darrell is a serious metal guitar hero, and Dean's series of Dimebag models pays homage. Dimebag started playing Dean ML style guitars in the late '70s, and made it one of the most recognizable shapes today. Dean offers a wide variety of Dimebag MLs to choose from, all boasting Dimebag's distinctive look and tons of mojo and attitude.

Mahogany Body
Dean uses a mahogany body for this beast (as with many of its guitars). Mahogany is a common choice for electrics, dependably delivering a warm, full tone with plenty of punch and sustain. And of course there's that lightning-themed finish, sure to help coax a little electricity from your fingers on the fretboard.

Set Neck Construction
The CFH features a set mahogany neck, which imparts all the well-known advantages of that style: a warmer overall tone with extended low-end response, wicked sustain, and easy upper-fret access. The 24-3/4-inch scale neck features a rosewood fingerboard with classic dot inlays.

Bill Lawrence L500XL Bridge Pickup
Dimebag made no secret of his love for this particular humbucker, relying on it for a crystal-clear, harmonic-drenched tone--very shred-friendly, but equally suited for rhythm work.

A Dean humbucker completes the package up in the neck position, each pickup getting its own volume conrol, along with a shared tone and three-way toggle.

Grover Tuners
If you play guitar then you know what this means--solid, dependable tuning from the industry standard. These guitar machines are a triumph in engineering and style, with a gear ratio of 14:1, perfect gear meshing, and zero backlash and slippage. The gear box has a special lubricant for lifetime, trouble-free service.

Licensed Floyd Rose Tremolo
The patented and often imitated double-locking design of the Floyd Rose tremolo allows you to lock your guitar in tune at the nut and at the bridge. Engineered like no other tremolo system, the Floyd's high-quality steel parts are manufactured to exacting specifications. Beat it up as much as you want--from traditional vibrato to dive bombing leads or flapping loose strings, and stay in tune while you do it.

DBD Traction Knobs
Dimebag always rocked his "traction knobs," which he created by taking a soldering iron to them, for knobs that are grippable no matter how much sweat's pouring off you on stage. Yet another aspect of the orginal Dean From Hell that Dean faithfully recreates here.
